Test procedure for the “Best Service Quality 2018/2019” award

The TESTBILD platform, in cooperation with Statista, examined service quality in the online retail sector through one of the largest customer surveys of 2018. A total of more than 2400 companies were evaluated across 200 industries.

The respective top players in the industries selected for this test are distinguished by various key figures, such as reach, sales, customer numbers, and the company's prominence. The survey took place in May and June 2018.

The award for “Best Service Quality 2018/2019” honors those companies, service providers, and institutions in Germany that provide the best customer service. The award was based on evaluations from over 20,500 customers.
